WILL OUR FULL DAY BE COVERED?
My packages are based on ten hours coverage. I have found that in most cases this will cover bridal prep through to some crazy, fun dancing.

WILL YOU BE SHOOTING OUR WEDDING?
If you book one photographer it will be myself covering your day. I love a good party and a beer to celebrate with you once everyone lets their hair down 🙂
WE’D LIKE EXTRA COVERAGE
I can also provide an additional photographer and this is in most cases a regular shooter I use. It’s important we are a good fit to give you the best coverage we can.
HOW DO WE SECURE OUR DATE?
All dates are secured with a non refundable booking fee of £500 payable via bank transfer or credit card payment. Once this is received your date is taken out of my diary and we will start working together.
HOW LONG UNTIL WE GET OUR PHOTOS?
You will receive your images in four to six weeks after your wedding date so no waiting months upon months to relive your big day!
ARE THEIR ANY HIDDEN COSTS?
There are no additional costs unless you want to purchase a super sexy album for yourselves. My packages include all travel within the UK too. I’ve been fortunate to shoot weddings all over the UK and overseas, including France, Spain, Italy, Las Vegas, Lake Tahoe, Hong Kong and Australia. If you are getting married overseas I have European packages and bespoke international ones too. I LOVE to travel!!
WHERE WILL WE SEE OUR PREVIEW?
I post to Instagram (jenismithphotography) along with my Facebook page (the same) I also add to my Instagram stories as I edit showing more detail of your day. Just let me know if you want to opt out…no problem at all!
CAN WE HAVE ALL OF THE RAW FILES?
I don’t provide any RAW files to clients. I have never been asked for them but my packages and services are for the full coverage of shooting to the finished product edited in the style you have booked me for. I put a lot of time and attention into editing each image individually and want the finished images to represent Jeni Smith Photography. I won’t provide them at an additional cost.
WILL OUR IMAGES BE WATERMARKED?
I don’t watermark any images full stop. Even through my social media. You are free to print and share until your hearts are content. I’d love a tag on Facebook or Instagram where possible so that anyone that loves your images can find me.
